The NSS unit of Assabah Arts & Science College actively volunteered for the Open State Sports Yogasana Championship Kerala 2025–26, organized by the School Games and Activity Development Foundation of India (SGADF). The event, held on the college campus, witnessed enthusiastic participation from yogasana practitioners across Kerala, representing various age groups. A total of 240 NSS volunteers from Assabah College rendered their wholehearted service to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the championship. The volunteers efficiently managed event coordination, participant registration, stage arrangements, crowd management, and hospitality. Their teamwork and discipline contributed significantly to maintaining the event’s professional atmosphere. The program, affiliated with organizations such as KheloGram, IAKS, ICSSPE, and TAFISA, aimed to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and the spirit of sportsmanship through yogasana. The presence of the NSS volunteers reflected the unit’s strong commitment to community service and youth leadership.
