The College Union election was conducted in accordance with the provisions given by University. We conducting the parliamentary mode of election procedure followed by all the recommendations from Lyngdoh Committee. The union executive members are elected from the class representatives who are elected through the secret ballot. The union consists of a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, General Secretary, two University Union Councilors, Arts Club Secretary and Student Editor. All students’ related activities during the academic year were carried out under the leadership of the College Union, advised and facilitated by the Staff Advisor. Mr. Rajesh kannan , Assistant Professor, Department of commerce and management , was appointed the returning officer with having the charge of student advisor from 2023 onwards.

The oath taking ceremony was held on 15 OCTOBER 2025 Tuesday at 11am at college. The formal oath taking by the members of college union was headed by respected college Principal Prof. Mohammed Koya N.M. College union 2025-2026 was named as "ALOKA” and it was inaugurated by Prof. Mohamed Koya M N..
