International Youth Day Celebration at Assabah Arts and Science College

Valayamkulam – In observance of International Youth Day, the Women Development Cell of Assabah Arts and Science College organized an interactive programme on “A talk with Youths,empowering the society with innovative perceptions".

As part of the program, students were divided into groups and encouraged to express their thoughts on social issues through creative formats such as discussions, presentations, and performances. The initiative aimed to foster critical thinking, social awareness, individual and communication skills among the participants. Students who showcased outstanding contributions were recognized and honored.

The programme was started with warm welcome speech of Shajitha, WDC & ICC Convenor.The event was inaugurated by the College Principal, Capt. Mohammed Koya M N.Key note address was delivered by Shajitha ,Asst Professor of English. Felicitations were delivered by President P P Ashraf, General Secretary Mohammed Unni Haji, Ayisha Hana Kuniyath.Faculty members and coordinators including Jisha M K, Radhika, Shahanas, Shemeela, Dr. Shalini, and Aminakutty actively participated alongside the students, making the event vibrant and inclusive.The programme was concluded vote of thanks of Jisha MK.

This celebration provided a meaningful platform for students to enhance their leadership skills, social consciousness, and sense of civic responsibility, thereby making it a valuable and impactful experience.
