On November 21, 2025, the National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Assabah Arts and Science College, Valayamkulam, successfully conducted a "Legal Awareness Class." The event was organized in observance of the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims and was held under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), the District Legal Services Authority, Manjeri, and the Taluk Legal Services Committee, Ponnani. The program took place at the Assabah College Conference Hall, commencing at 2:00 PM.

The session was led by Adv. Suhail Abdulla, a distinguished Panel Lawyer from the Taluk Legal Services Committee (TLSC), Ponnani. During the class, Adv. Abdulla provided valuable insights into legal provisions related to road safety and traffic regulations. In alignment with the theme of the day, he emphasized the importance of remembering road traffic victims not just through commemoration, but by strictly adhering to traffic laws to prevent future accidents. He likely covered topics such as insurance claims, the rights of accident victims, and the legal duties of drivers and pedestrians.

The program concluded at 3:30 PM, having effectively sensitized the student community and volunteers about their legal responsibilities. By bridging the gap between legal theory and practical road safety, the event fostered a sense of civic duty among the attendees.
