IDEA PITCH COMPETITION

As part of World Youth Skills Day, the Department of Computer Applications and IIC conducted Idea Pitch Competition based on a tech-themed basis. Students were invited to pitch innovative ideas that solve real-world problems, demonstrating creativity and acceleration. This competition aligns with World Youth Skills Day, empowering students to develop and present solutions to real-world challenges. It fosters creativity, critical thinking, and practical skills—key pillars of modern education.
How to Participate
1. Identify a Problem: Choose a real-world challenge (tech, social, business, etc.).
2. Develop Your Idea: Outline a solution (use text, slides, or a demo video).
3. Submit: Send your entry via email before the deadline.

Important Notes
• Submission Deadline: 18 July 2025, 03:30 PM.
• Submission Format: Audio, video, or text.
• Submission Email: avavbca@gmail.com.
• Evaluation: Faculty coordinators will assess the ideas.
• Monitoring Body: IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell).

Outcomes of the Program:
• Enhance problem-solving & presentation skills.
• Gain feedback from experts.
• Showcase your creativity to peers and faculty.
About 14 students participated in the competition.Among them the best idea is selected,Mifzal PV from third semester BCA holds the first prize.The Idea Pitch competition successfully blended Networking Opportunities, Validation and Credibility, Exposure and Visibility and Feedback & Learning of students and thereby enhances connecting with potential investors, mentors, and peers can lead to valuable partnerships and collaborations and can validate the business idea and provide credibility to the startup.
