The Department of Computer Science and Applications, in association with the IT Club, organized a session titled “Hardware Essentials –SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM” on 4 November 2025 at the Computer Lab. The programme aimed to enhance students’ understanding of fundamental computer hardware components and improve their technical competency.
The session was handled by Mr. Bassam K. V., IT Administrator, who served as the resource person. He provided a comprehensive overview of essential hardware concepts, practical handling techniques, and troubleshooting methods. The interactive approach of the session enabled students to gain hands-on exposure, helping them strengthen their foundational skills in computer hardware.
The primary outcome of the programme was Skill Development, as students actively participated and demonstrated enthusiasm in learning core hardware operations. The event contributed significantly to building technical confidence among the participants.
The session was monitored by IQAC, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the programme. The department received positive feedback from students and faculty, highlighting the usefulness and relevance of the session.
