The Department of Food Technology conducted hands‑on training in plum‑cake making as part of the Christmas celebration. The session began with cake mixing, inaugurated by the principal, and food‑technology students worked in different batches to produce various plum cakes. The program mainly focused on developing students’ production skills, and Assistant Professor of the Department of Food Technology, Asad Villoonni, provided guidance to the students.
