FOSTAC TRAINING PROGRAM

The PG  Department of Food Science and Technology conducted a FOSTAC training program under FSSAI Level 1 Certification on 18 December 2025 at the Geology Block Seminar Hall. The program saw participation from 54 students and included a welcome speech by Riswana Nasrin PV (HOD, Food Science and Technology), inauguration by the Principal, and a session by James Mathai (FOSTAC Trainer). Asad Villoonni concluded the program, which was coordinated by Assistant Professors of Food Technology Sreedevi, Dilna, and Aysha Safa. Students gained valuable insights into food safety standards and certification.
