A Skill Enhancement Session titled “ELEVATE: Presentation Mastery for PG Students" was organized  and conducted for the Postgraduate students of Assabah Arts and Science College, Valayamkulam on 20 November 2025.  Selected UG students were also provided an opportunity to attend the session. The programme was jointly arranged by the PG Department of Commerce and the Department of Management, and monitored by IQAC.

The programme began with an inaugural address by Principal Capt. Prof: Mohamed Koya M N followed by a felicitation by college union chairman Sinaj Mohammed and vote of thanks by Mr. Musnid P, first year M.Com Student.

This session was conducted as part of the Faculty Exchange Programme under the Academic MoU established between Assabah Arts and Science College and Ansar Women’s College, Perumpilavu. As part of this collaboration, Dr. Dhanya K. M., Assistant Professor in Commerce and Management, served as the resource person.

Dr. Dhanya delivered an engaging and insightful session aimed at enhancing students’ presentation skills. The session covered the fundamentals of preparing and delivering effective presentations, including content structuring, slide design, voice modulation, body language, and techniques for engaging the audience. Students also participated in short practice activities and received constructive feedback, which helped them identify improvement areas.

The session proved highly beneficial for PG students and contributed to improving their academic performance, communication proficiency, and presentation confidence.

The session reinforced institutional partnership through the Faculty Exchange Programme under the Academic MoU.
