The PG Department of Commerce and Department of Management of Assabah Arts and Science College, in association with IQAC, organized a Campus Connect Programme on 10th February 2026 as a part of commerce association program. The programme was conducted as a workshop on the topic “Aligning Thought Process for Employability.”
The session was handled by Dr. Antony Vinod George, Principal, who served as the resource person. He delivered an insightful and motivating talk focusing on the importance of developing the right mindset, communication skills, and professional attitude required for improving employability among students.
During the session, the speaker explained the current expectations of employers, the need for skill development, goal setting, and adapting to changing workplace environments. He also encouraged students to focus on continuous learning through digital platforms such as National Digital Library of India and NPTEL–SWAYAM.
The programme was highly interactive, and students actively participated in discussions and clarified their doubts regarding career planning and employability skills.
